Student Government Association

Led an SGA committee to address diversity and inclusion issues in university events and policies, in aftermath of governer’s executive order to eliminate DEI offices.
Working on committee project to collaborate with underrepresented student organizations: Black Student Association, Hispanic American Student Association, Multicultural Greek life chapters, etc. to have voter registration events.
Created a student body report and served on the Campus Outreach Safety and Concerns Committee, collaborating with university administration to revise policies.
Facilitated the orchestration and execution of an electoral campaign, collaborating with diverse constituencies such as student organizations, Greek life chapters, and administrative entities.
Managed the campaign's online presence by overseeing social media platforms and the official website, while also creating captivating graphics and content to enhance visual and informational appeal.

Co-founded a new Indian classical fusion dance team, spearheading membership initiatives, securing sponsorships, and coordinating collaborative workshops with other dance teams. Authored and submitted the team's constitution for acceptance by the Student Government Association, successfully establishing the group as a registered student organization.

Promoted diversity, equity, and inclusion within the chapter by developing initiatives that fostered an inclusive environment, facilitating workshops on cultural competency, and collaborating with underrepresented groups to ensure diverse perspectives were integrated into chapter activities and public relations campaigns.

Overseeing the operations of one of the largest and most active student organizations at my university. Managing communication channels for a community of over 600 students. Planning and coordinating annual events that engage 200+ students. Assisting in securing sponsorships and RSO funding. Fostering an inclusive environment that ensures students have access to appropriate housing and food resources.
Orchestrated the comprehensive management of social media channels, led website creation initiatives, oversaw decorations committee, fostered collaborations with international organizations, and strategically hired photographers/videographers for events.
